Employee Relations - Administrative Assistant


Our City based client has an exceptional opportunity available for an Administrative Assistant to support in the Employee Relations Division of U.S Investment Bank.
This position provides an excellent opportunity for a well-organised, hardworking and enthusiastic individual to learn new skills and gain an excellent insight into company people management and strategy worldwide.
Duties are varied and are not limited to :

Assisting with with all aspects of the involuntary termination process for EMEA
Meeting regularly with ER Advisors to manage pipeline, generating documents, and liaising with Mobility Services and external vendors,
Supporting Employee Relations on ad-hoc projects, assignments and presentations. Overseeing selected administrative processes for EMEA ER:
Assisting with rehire checks and regulatory references, assisting team with printing and filing, processing casework records and maintaining databases and files Conduct research-based work.
Analysing data and prepare regular reports/metrics/dashboards; draft presentations to senior management/firmwide and other committees Provide a central point of contact for other internal functions (e.g. Legal, Compensation Accounting, Compliance) and help coordinate ER cross-functional projects Assist with overseeing vendor relationships with Hewitt, outplacement provider, etc.
Assisting in driving forward the EMEA ER business priorities
