Japanese speaking Risk Management Assistant

Ideal candidates will have the following experience:
*Native or strong fluency in Japanese
*Compliance and regulations knowledge
*Have a confident and resilient attitude
*Ability to multitask various duties at once
*Great organisational and interpersonal skills in general
*Advanced excel skills
*Highly attentive to details

Duties will include but not be limited to:
*Verify and register credit limits of new customers/clients
*Verify new customers/clients with the compliance department
*Some credit control may be needed
*Administration - logging details on the database, invoices, general ad hoc administrative duties
*Enforcing compliance
*Handling client/customer queries over the phone and by email
