Senior Dutch Speaking Inhouse Recruiter

Responsibilities:
*Screening candidates; interviewing, guide them via the recruitment process.
*Consulting management on relevant candidates
*Maintain and develop a network of contacts to source candidates
*Coordinating interviews
*Consulting management on relevant candidates
*Extend offer of employment under the direction of the Hiring Managers

Ideal Candidate
Fluent Dutch and English spoken and written is a key requirement
Has a background as a Recruiter, ideally background in Pharma or Healthcare industry
Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
Relationship building and very good communicational skills
