We are looking for a Team Administrator/Receptionist to support and provide a first class level of administrative support to the sales teams at EuroLondon as well as to Euro London's clients and candidates
Duties include but are not limited to:
Meeting and greeting candidates and clients and providing an exceptional level of customer service to both candidates and clients
Ensure all CV's, passports, certificate and any other necessary documents are scanned and added to the company CRM system
Printing and updating all information for new starters within the company
Sending out contracts and addendums plus all starter information to new and existing temporary workers
Sending out online IT tests to Euro London candidates
Adding all temporary holiday requests to the holiday tracker and to liaise with our payroll department on a regular basis
Sending out and dealing with all reference requests for temporary workers
Dealing with all other background checks for Euro London candidates Experian and CRB
Running and distributing coding reports on a weekly basis
Office housekeeping including stationary/kitchen supplies, ensuring that the office is kept in a tidy.
Any other ad hoc administrative duties.
Covering for the office manager in her absence
