Inside Sales Executive - Hardware and Peripherals - Cologne

I am recruiting on behalf of a UK based Hardware Distributor who are one of the largest Independent Suppliers in Europe. They pride themselves on speed of service and quality. They are currently in the process of further strengthening their team here in Germany. They are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative who will contribute to the regional sales performance by supporting sales and adding to the sales pipeline. Based from the Cologne office you will generate sales through mainly phone based sales activity.
 
Inside Sales Representative - Hardware - Cologne

Your Responsibilities
As the Inside Sales Representative you will be tasked with the following

• Calling prospects generated and following up on potential leads
• Working to identify, develop and close new business opportunities as well as maintaining existing clients
• Developing and closing sales opportunities with small to medium sized organisations
• Create quotes for channel partners when required
• Ongoing communication with customers, prospects and partners

Your Profile

With previous experience selling Hardware you will have at least 2 years experience of selling to small to medium sized companies. As an Inside Sales Representative you will be used to varied sales cycles. You will have the ability to sell to both Technical Leaders and more Senior stakeholders. 
You will also have previous experience of

• Selling Hardware
• Have the ability to work out sales margins and discount levels
• Knowledge of the German Hardware market
• You will be a targeted oriented individual
• Ability to establish rapport and build relationships
• Team player
• Fluency in English and German is essential
 
This is mainly a phone based role and therefore you will need to be a self starter who is highly motivated to achieve results.
