Euro London Appointments are working exclusively with a hugely successful health and wellness company as they look to add to their successful European Customer Care Team in Central London. This is a fantastic time to join the business as this is a new team that offers a multilingual working environment with exciting prospects for all team members.

You are a fluent French and Dutch/Flemish speaker who cares about great service. You are always the first one to get back to customers and you are about how customer service is perceived.

This well-established lifestyle company which has successfully launched in a number of European countries will be launching into Belgium in April this year. You will be leading the service delivered to Belgian customers and representatives as well as offering additional support to France and the Netherlands.

The Customer Care Representatives will respond to customer requests primarily via phone and email. The usual queries involve order processing, account management and advising on the product range.

What's in it for you?
The salary for this position will be £21,000 per annum with additional benefits such as an annual bonus and medical care. The working hours will be 40 per week based in central London.

The ideal candidate will:
- Be fluent in both French and Flemish/Dutch
- Be fluent in English
- Have experience working in or with the Benelux region
- Have previous customer service experience
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tasks
- Have good IT knowledge (MS Office)
- Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Have an interest in health, well-being and fitness
