Primary responsibility is to provide superior service as well as technical and tactical expertise in client driven highly technical production environment.
-To be able to communicate by phone, email, or face to face and to consult with and advise clients on workflow and project processes.
-Responsible for developing effective and positive relationships with clients
-Effectively recognizing and anticipates clients requirements
- Independently manages multiple client projects
-Serves as main point-of-contact and assumes responsibilities for the success of multiple client projects
-Works with internal departments on all facets of project preparation and successful execution.
-Monitors progress and ensures project deliverable for the client are accurate and timely
-Ensures proper documentation for job tracking and billing information is current and accurate.
-Other duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time
Skills and Experience needed:
-Must be fluent in German, written and oral
-Fluent Spanish or other European language, written and oral, would be a plus but not essential
-Demonstrated a desire to exceed customer expectations
-Ability to effectively manage client relationships and negotiate and manage client expectations as well as the ability to train clients on the various components of my clients products.
-Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
-PC proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe and current web-related technologies
-Adaptable and flexible to changing work environment (including shift/location)
-Ability to work within a team environment but also a self-starter
-Ability to multitask in a time-sensitive and deadline driven work environment
-Ability to effectively manage and negotiate client expectations
