German speaking Customer Service/ First line support
(Ongoing temporary role)
On behalf of our client, we have a fantastic opportunity for a German speaker to join a very well known international company.
This great (ongoing temp or temp to perm) opportunity offers you a variety of tasks in a truly exciting and international environment.
You will be working in a great office in a popular company specialising in the automotive industry.
Our client is looking for a candidate who is fluent in English and German and comfortable speaking on the phone. Please note- this is a customer service role.
*Fluent to native level German and fluent English knowledge
*Minimum of 6 months experience in a helpdesk/ support role
*Supporting the UK and Germany
*Great customer service skills
*Experience in a Service desk environment
*Good communication skills
*MS Office knowledge advantage
Skills & Abilities:
*Fluent to native German and English knowledge
*Outstanding telephone skills
*Ability to interact with customers at all levels
*Maintain a professional helpful attitude with all customers
*General Knowledge of IT based applications
*Experience with a call logging systems
*To work within a Service Desk, which is Single Point Of Contact for users, IT Services and 3rd party support
*Recording and monitoring the progress of incidents according to agreed service levels
*Provide initial assessment of all incidents/requests, attempt to resolve or refer to other support areas
This company offers you a really great work environment in a truly international environment. You will be working to the German office hours, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. The role is set out to be ongoing.
