This is a great opportunity for a German/French/Italian/Polish and Danish speaker to join a fast growing company leading the travel industry and based in central London.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self motivated individual looking for an opportunity to progress in their career and previous customer service/reservation experience in a contact centre environment.
*Been a first point of contact for clients looking to book the best holidays of their life.
*Deliver an outstanding customer service experience to their clients over emails and phone calls.
*Be an ambassador of the company and making sure that the customer experiences the best service ever received
*Fluency in both written and spoken English
*Fluency in one of the following languages: Italian/French/German/Danish or Polish.
*Previous customer service or Reservation experience in a contact centre environment.
*Experience or knowledge of the travel industry.
