Nordics Customer Service Executive (SMJM/333044)
Euro London Appointments are working with one of the leading sporting goods companies who supply products to global superstars of the game. This particular company are front-runners in innovative design and are a household name all over the sporting world.
The primary responsibility is to handle multi-channel customer enquiries and to provide full support to the sales team. You will take full ownership of the customer journey and offer high level expertise to ensure optimum customer satisfaction.
Other responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and updating accurate records of correspondence
- Actively working towards inter-divisional company goals
- Provide support to area sales managers and maximising up-selling opportunities
- Performing ad-hoc duties as per business requirements
As well as fluent to native level in either Danish, Swedish, Finnish or Norwegian with previous customer service experience, you will also be passionate about delivering the highest level of customer support over the phone and by email. You will be a team player who can build successful working relationships with partners and other internal departments such as logistics and credit control.
