der ab Februar 2018 die Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen eines 4 Sterne Superior Hotels am Standort Hannover betreut; und im Rahmen einer regionalen Projektaufgabe zusammen mit dem Area HR Team Central Europe in Frankfurt die Zukunft gestaltet.
Sie werden als neuer HR Manager in die Matrix des HR eingebunden und berichten sowohl an den Hotel General Manager, wie auch den HR Area Director.
Dies ist eine spannende Aufgabe für einen gestanden Human Resources Manager mit fundierten Kenntnissen der modernen Personalarbeit und erster HR-Projektmanagementerfahrung.
Vor Ort im Hotel werden Sie die operativen Personal - Themen abdecken:
· Beratung der Hotelführungskräfte und der Hoteldirektion
· Personalbeschaffung und -auswahl
· Komplexes Dienstplanmanagement, Kostenkontrolle
· Vor-, Nacharbeit sowie Kontrolle der Gehaltsabrechnungen
· die Personalverwaltung und -administration
· internes und externes Personalmarketing
Zusätzlich zu Ihrer Rolle im Hotel sind Sie Teil des Area HR Projektteams, das 2018 eine neue HR Struktur und HR Organisation für Deutschland erarbeitet und gemeinsam mit den Stakeholdern aus den Hotels für die Umsetzung 2019 vorbereitet. Es ist geplant, dass Sie dann Teil dieser neuen HR Organisation werden.
Sie bringen mit:
· Erfahrung im operativen und strategischen Human Resources, idealerweise in einen Dienstleistungsunternehmen (Einzelhandel, Hotel, Caterer, Arbeitnehmerüberlassung) mit Matrixstruktur
· Deutsch und Englisch auf hohem Niveau
· Fundierte Kenntnisse des deutschen Arbeitsrechts
· Erste Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, Schnittstellenfunktion
· Analytische und rhetorische Stärke, Gelassenheit, Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen, soziale Kompetenz
· Erfahrung in der Bewerkstelligung von operativen, strategischen und projektbezogen- konzeptionellen Themen
· Glaubwürdigkeit, vertrauensvolle Kommunikation und Integrität.
· Bereitschaft sich international einzubringen
