Bulgarian and Macedonian Customer Service

Responsibilities:
*Interacting with customers answering all queries and resolving complaints via multiple channels: telephone calls and e-mails.
*Working to activity targets.

Ideal Candidate
*Speaks fluent to native Bulgarian.
*Had previous work experience in Customer Service.
*Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
*Excellent attention to detail.
Please note, the successful candidate should expect to perform duties including carrying the product, as well as sitting and concentrating for extended periods of time.
