Dutch First Line Support

The Technical Support Team provide first line and second line support to customers who are experiencing technical issues on a first contact basis, wherever possible.
Providing inbound technical support via phone and email, in accordance with SLA's, updating Salesforce with accurate information.
Supporting internal team with the testing of products.
Perform Outbound courtesy calls to customers as required.
We are looking for candidates with:
Fluency in Dutch and English (both spoken and written).
Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
