Team Assistant(Any Euro Language)

We have some fantastic opportunities that are immediately available for highly skilled Team Assistants and PA's to join some of the most globally prestigious City based clients on a temporary and temp to perm basis:
Duties include:


Extensive calendar management and arranging meeting rooms.
Responding to a high volume of phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
Accurate message taking.
Coordinating and scheduling meetings, conferences and special events.
Arranging travel, booking accommodation and reconciling expenses.
Taking on ad hoc projects while maintaining work flow, miscellaneous general office tasks,
Updating Client database.
Ordering stationery and office supplies.

Ideally candidates should be available immediately and have previous experience working in an extremely fast paced and deadline driven environment. Our clients are looking for exceptional team assistants and PA's who have strong interpersonal and Admin skills.
