German speaking Customer Support Specialist (SMJM/334432)
A leading SaaS platform who is enjoying an unprecedented period of growth is looking for an experienced German-speaking technical support specialist to join their team based in Central London. You will deliver first-class customer support to executives and directors of some of the world's largest companies with a software that allows them to handle sensitive corporate information.
You will be a fluent to native level German speaker with previous 1st line technical support experience who is looking join one of the most successful SaaS companies on the market. You are passionate about delivering high level support and will take ownership of the entire customer journey from the initial call to the aftercare follow up.
You will work closely with your colleagues to resolve all technical issues relating to log ins, product information requests and general queries relating to the software. You will provide world class service primarily in the DACH Region but you will support the entire Customer Support team where necessary.
This is a full time position based in a stunning central London location. Please note you will required to offer remote support 1 weekend per month.
