French speaking Sales Support

Our client based in Docklands is looking for French speaking Sales Support candidate to join the team on a permanent basis. The ideal French speaker will have had some sales support experience and have a good understanding of sales and customer service processes. As well as fluency in both French and English and other European language would be an advantage
Candidates must also demonstrate exceptional communication, organisational and problem solving skills. The ability to build and maintain relationships is also essential.
Duties include but are not limited to:
*Data entry
*Order processing
*Data Quality Assurance
*Provide customers with information via phone, email and by answering questions concerning products, services, and accounts
*Fulfil and support customer requests and orders
*Assist the Business Development Manager with client meetings, training partners relationship management
*Resolve issues by determining the cause, provide best solutions to solve the problem, and escalate unresolved problems, in partnership with the customer support team
*Act as primary liaison between nominated sales colleagues and service team on sales support matters
*Produce regular reports on sales, membership, events, for reporting and cross-selling opportunities.
*Contribute to the updating of sales support and administration policies and procedures
*Provide in person support within the business and industry events
*Support Marketing team with French language communications, social media as well as local market collateral
*Deliver or assist with special projects as assigned by Manager
