Customer Service Representative (m/f) Spanish/English

in Munich

(Temporary position)


Your tasks

  • B2B and B2C calls and email communication
  • Overseeing the orders, checking if data is entered correctly
  • Ensuring orders are released on time and meet customers` requests
  • Monitor product availability and communicate with different departments concerning order changes
  • Keeping in check the monthly forecasts and shipping targets
  • Ensuring smooth customer experience in the entire procedure
  • Overseeing all Customer Service processes



  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Experience in Customer Service environments
  • Excellent communicative skills at all levels of management
  • Open, flexible, team player
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office programmes, especially Excel
