Dutch Speaking Customer Service Officer (reference: SMJM331965)

Euro London Appointments are working with a leading eye wear and optical retailer on a position for a fluent to native level Dutch speaker within customer services. This is an excellent position for a global company with exciting perks. The purpose of the role is to offer high level customer support with both suppliers and end customers through phone and email.

Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Handling customer queries in a timely manner
- Liaising with other key partners including suppliers and logistics
- Updating internal systems and databases
- Providing technical advice on products and order processing
- Ad-hoc admin tasks when required

As well as fluent to native Dutch language and high level customer service skills, we are looking for candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments and who can work well in a team.
