Euro London Appointments is recruiting for an experienced Account Manager with a passion for Sales and Account Management. This position offers strong sales driven candidates the opportunity to develop the booming business segment of niche online Job boards in Germany.

 

Strategic Account Manager (m/f)
Permanent Position / Frankfurt am Main


Your new duties and responsibilities
As the new Strategic Account Manager it will be your responsibility to manage and take care of the existing accounts. You will be developing and cultivation the relationships with these accounts. You will also identify sales opportunities and up- and cross sell within this existing client base.

Other day-to-day duties will include:
•    Work closely with the sales team in Germany in growing the business within the existing accounts
•    Be the main point of contact for existing clients when they have questions, concerns or problems
•    Work closely together with the other teams in the company such as IT, sales and research
•    Be an efficient expert on the companies products
•    Client Relationship Management
•    Give presentations and/ or training sessions for clients
•    Continues market- and competitor research

Your profile

Our client is looking for an experienced candidate that has prior experience in account management, sales, business development and/ or client relationship management.

The ideal candidate should also have the following qualifications:
•    University degree or equivalent level of studies
•    Experience in B2B solution sales
•    Any knowledge of and experience in the recruitment sector is of advantage
•    An interest in online and new technologies
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Ability to work independently and manage priorities
•    Excellent customer relations, verbal and written communications skills
•    Great MS-Office skills
•    Fluent German and good English skills
