Junior Engineer - Scandinavia

Our client is an international property insurance company. They help commercial and industrial properties with risk management solutions, loss prevention and claims handling. Due to growth in the company they are now expanding and recruiting for a Junior Engineer to work in their office in Frankfurt am Main, but working towards the Scandinavian market.

Junior Engineer - Scandinavia (m/f) – Facility Insurance
Permanent Position / Frankfurt am Main

Your new duties and responsibilities
As the new Junior Engineer you will be working very closely together with the field engineers based in Scandinavia. The role is based in Frankfurt, but you will work with your colleagues in Scandinavia and also with the clients there. It is therefore essential that you speak one of the Scandinavian languages (Swedish, Norwegian or Danish) fluently.

It will be your responsibility to assist and support the field engineers on different projects. This will include reviewing safety plans from the different properties to evaluate if they conform to the standard rules and regulations. This will entail that you fully understand the different projects and that you are then able to consult the client and potentially suggest changes or improvements that need to be made.

This is mainly a office role, but there is room to grow and develop within the team and can therefore evolve in to a more client facing role in the future.

Your profile
The new Junior Engineer should ideally have the following qualifications:

•    Engineering university degree or equivalent level of studies
•    Some prior experience in a similar role or internships are of advantage
•    Project and design experience is desirable
•    Fluency in either Swedish, Norwegian or Danish
•    Fluency in English
•    Additional German knowledge is of advantage, but no a must
•    Excellent customer relations, verbal and written communications skills
•    Great MS-Office skills

Your Benefits
Our client is offering you a diverse and challenging role in a international and growing company. They offer a competitive salary with excellent benefits. I would be happy to discuss this further with you upon receipt of your CV.

Interested? If you meet these criteria then please send your full application via email with reference 333851 to Karin Furberg at k.furberg@eurolondon.de.
I look forward to hearing from you!
