Mandarin Speaking Administration Coordinator

A reputable Chinese investment company is currently looking for a self motivated administration coordinator to join their London branch. Successful candidate would be working from a medium sized office located in the city.

Responsibilities of this role include:
*Provide a holistic administration support to the office.
*Internal coordination with each team to provide any necessary support including producing documents and reports
*Data entering and filling to make sure the office is well documented
*Coordinate with other admin team including the HR department
*Coordinate with China head office whenever necessary. This includes translation documents and presentations between English/Chinese.
*Organise, attend meetings to record meeting minutes and provide interpreting when needed.
*Help draft document and produce presentations as required
*Arrange travel itinerary and make bookings while working with a budget; coordinate with external vendor to ensure a smooth running of trips and events
*Handle external inquires by answering and screening phone calls; picking up any potential business leads
*Receiving and greeting internal and external guests with the most professional manner
*Make sure the office space is well maintained and looked after.

To Apply If you are confident you meet the requirements below:
*Graduated with a degree in English, Management, or Business related fields
*Passionate about operation side of business
*Have at least 3 years working experience in an administration role
*At least 1 year experience working in the UK in a similar role
*Fantastic language skills in both Mandarin and English, both speaking and writing
*Able to translate verbally and in writing at high accuracy and efficiency
*Basic understanding of UK business laws and regulations
*Great professional demeanour and excellent phone skills
*Proactive with good multi-tasking skills
*Previous experience working in an investment environment would be adventurous
*Great communicator and people person
*Previous experience working in Chinese background company/culture would be an advantage
