My Client, a leading mobile communications company, is looking to recruit a German Speaking Technical Account Manager.
This is an interesting and varied role and the successful candidate's responsibilities will include:
Critical Escalation Management
Account Development
Enterprise support
Quarterly and yearly customer reviews
Internal projects
To apply candidates require:
Fluent English and German
Proven experience of managing enterprise customer accounts, ideally in the technology space.
Service delivery experience.
Excellent ability to manage expectations and represent the customer during internal discussions.
Additionally experience in Technical support would be beneficial.
In return a permanent post is on offer with a salary of up to 45k.
