  • French Speaking Technical Customer Service Advisor (SMJM/333309) Euro London Appointments are working with an international manufacturer and distributor of high-end home heating appliances to find a French speaker for their customer services team. The purpose of this role is to solve technical questions from retail and business customers from the French market. You will do this by handling correspondence via phone and mail. You will deal with a large variety of different questions relating to the products including installations, building regulations and repairs. The Customer Service Advisor will also act as a brand ambassador, looking to deliver the highest level of service and spot key trends during customer contact. Please note that candidates MUST hold a Gas Safe Certification.
