Sous la responsabilit&eacute; de l'Executive Assistant, vous aurez pour mission d'assurer l'accueil physique et t&eacute;lephonique de la soci&eacute;t&eacute; et d'assister votre manager sur diverses missions administratives.
L&rsquo;anglais est essentiel pour les communications en internes du Groupe et avec les collaborateurs du site.

Le matin vous assurez toutes les missions d'accueil de l'entreprise :

<li>Accueil physique et t&eacute;l&eacute;phonique</li>
<li>Courrier &amp; colis</li>
<li>Facility Management &amp; Services G&eacute;n&eacute;raux (consommables/prestataires divers)</li>
<li>Office Management : accueil des nouveaux collaborateurs/organisation des prestations F&amp;B pour les r&eacute;unions internes</li>
<li>S'assurer que les espaces communs soient propres et en ordre.</li>
</ul>

L'apr&egrave;s-midi vous assurez des missions d'assistanat administratif aupr&egrave;s de et en bin&ocirc;me avec votre manager :
<ul>
<li>Gestion de la flotte automobile</li>
<li>Missions HSE</li>
<li>Suivi des contr&ocirc;les r&eacute;glementaires li&eacute;s au b&acirc;timent</li>
<li>Diverses t&acirc;ches administratives (communication, intranet, mise &agrave; jour, organigramme etc..).</li>

Les exigences essentielles pour ce poste sont les suivantes :

<li>Exp&eacute;rience en accueil d'entreprise/centre d'affaire et/ou r&eacute;ception d'h&ocirc;tel</li>
<li>Exp&eacute;rience en t&acirc;ches administratives type FM/OM</li>
<li>Capacit&eacute; de travailler aussi bien en Anglais qu'en Fran&ccedil;ais.</li>
<li>Des comp&eacute;tences sur MS Office (Word/Excel/Access/PowerPoint).</li>
<li>Capable de travailler en autonomie et en &eacute;quipe</li>
