The tech gives clarity to app owners and helps them solve problems fast. They're looking to strengthen their team with Technical Account Managers with fluent French and/or German language skills. You'll be there from onboarding to implementation to driving successful daily value for your customers - you'll dictate the quality of their entire journey and build long-term relationships. You'll engage in strategic and technical discussions to build and implement creative solutions that will maximize the potential of the software. This is a new business development role; you'll be finding problems to solve and scheduling meetings and demos for the sales team with key decision makers across international markets, including Italy. You'll do this via email, phone and social media and field inbound opportunities as well as creating leads via outbound prospecting. You need motivation and outstanding communication skills in English and Italian to join this team and also an open mind, coachability and hunger to learn fast and prove yourself.
