Account Executive

Our client is an international software company providing digital consumer research and a social media management platform to businesses and agencies. Due to growth in the DACH region, they are now expanding and recruiting several Account Executives to join their growing team in Berlin.  If you are a passionate sales candidate, this could be the role for you! The role can be based either in Berlin and working on a hybrid model or 100% remote based from a home-office in Germany.

 

Account Executive – SaaS

Permanent Position / Berlin

 

Your new duties and responsibilities

As the new Account Executive, it will be your responsibility to generate business and sales through acquiring new customers and clients. Your clients will be social media & marketing professionals from small- medium and large companies within different industries in the DACH region. You will be in charge of the whole sales process from start to closing. This includes calling clients, holding online demonstrations/ presentations to the client, consulting the client, understanding their needs, offering them a solution, negotiating the offer and getting the deal closed. You will be provided with warm leads from the lead generation team.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Proactively identify opportunities and contacts with new clients
  • Hold online presentations to clients
  • Be an expert on the software and solution offered
  • Actively build and maintain your own pipeline
  • Work towards KPIs and targets
  • Have a consultative sales approach

 

Your profile

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

  • Ideally University degree or an equivalent education
  • Experience in a similar tech/ software sales role
  • Ideally have experience and interest in social media and/ or digital marketing
  • Experience in the managing the whole sales cycle from first call to closing the deal
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Customer Service Oriented
  • Experience in holding presentations to clients
  • Results and target driven
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent German and good English

The role is offered as a hybrid role.

 

Inside Sales Manager (m/f/d) – DACH – SaaS

Permanent Position / Berlin / Hybrid

 

Your new duties and responsibilities

Our client is searching for an experienced sales person and team leader to head up their DACH Inside Sales team in Berlin. The team consist of ca.15 Sales Development Representatives, who generate and qualify new leads and sell over the phone. The role reports directly to the Director of Sales, Central Europe.

Other duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the day to day activities of the team
  • Development of the team (hiring, motivation, coaching and advancing of the team)
  • Delivering and exceeding sales targets
  • Sales forecasting and target setting
  • Responsible for the weekly reporting of practical KPIs and financial performance and monitoring sales measures and targets
  • Assist the team and train them to master skills such as cold-calling and objection handling
  • Improve processes within the team in order to increase productivity 

 

 

Your profile

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

  • Experience and a proven track record in a B2B sales role
  • Ideally have experience within telesales, inside sales, outbound call centre, lead generation or telemarketing
  • First experience in a team lead or supervisor role
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Ideally good knowledge and interest in software and/ or social media marketing
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent German and good English

Our client is an international medical devices company focused on women’s health and beauty. With a presence in 15 countries and more than 5,500 employees globally, they are now growing their team Germany.

We are recruiting a Warehouse & Logistics Administrator for a fixed 12-month contract to be based in their office/ warehouse just south of Berlin.  

 

Warehouse Logistic Administrator (m/f/d)

Permanent Position / South of Berlin

 

As the new Warehouse & Logistics Administrator you will be working in the warehouse being in charge of the orders leaving and returns coming back. You will be speaking to customers and internal stakeholders and assisting them with the deliveries. You will report to the Warehouse Manager.

Your new responsibilities

  • Preparing orders by processing requests and supply orders
  • Maintain inventory controls by collecting stock orders and printing requests
  • Managing stock levels
  • Managing returns
  • Complete reports – data entry into CRM system
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping workstation, shelves and pallet area neat

 

Your qualifications and experiences

  • A vocational education / Ausbildung
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Experience in warehouse management and/ or logistics
  • Reporting skills – ability to use an ERP system
  • Good documentation skills
  • Good planning and time management skills
  • Fluent German and a good level of English
