Our client is a multinational technology leader in M&A / Private Equity markets.
They are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join their team as an Account Executive in Paris. You will be responsible for selling strategic and specialized technology solutions to the Private Equity sector. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with high-level decision-makers, particularly in the private equity sector, tailoring solutions to align with their unique goals. Candidates must have a background in sales within the field of Private Equity / M&A and speak French to native standard with excellent English. This role is strongly focused on building relationships through client entertainment – lunches, coffees, corporate events. You must also be comfortable driving sales on the phone.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive sales of complex technical products and services, focusing on a specific product line or strategic technology.
- Manage an overlay quota and collaborate with assigned accounts, engaging in opportunities as they arise.
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams to develop, present, and close sales proposals and system solutions.
- Identify and engage decision-makers at high levels, understanding their unique needs and expectations, especially within the private equity sector.
- Navigate complex sales cycles, aligning product offerings with client portfolio strategies and investment goals.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with their strategic objectives.
Your Experience
- Proven track record in selling enterprise-level products or services, within the private equity sector.
- Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to articulate sophisticated value propositions effectively.
- Expertise in managing complex sales cycles and tailoring solutions to align with strategic client goals.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage with high-level decision-makers.
- Developing functional knowledge in assessing issues and recommending strategic solutions.
- French to native standard with fluency in English
Salary: 50-70K€ basic, package 130K€ - 150K€ (uncapped commission).
