Our client, a global leader in flexible workspace solutions, is seeking a Partnerships Developer to spearhead its growth in Belgium, with a particular emphasis on the Brussels area/Wallonia.

As a B2B Business Developer, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing strategic partnerships with private property owners, directly contributing to the launch of new locations.

Reporting to the Country Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Real EstateLegal, and Executive teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities.
  • Lead high-level commercial negotiations with prospective partners.
  • Present business cases to the Board and secure buy-in for new projects.
  • Finalise agreements to secure new serviced office locations.

Your Profile

  • Fluent in French, with professional proficiency in English (Dutch is an asset).
  • Sales-Driven: You are a true hunter, motivated by targets and growth.
  • Strong background in B2B sales and business development within a fast-paced setting (experience in service sales is a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex, high-value deals.

Salary & Benefits

  • €60,000 – €70,000 gross per year (including 13th month and vacation pay, based on experience).
  • Uncapped commission structure.
  • €8,000 annual car allowance (fuel and travel expenses covered separately).
