A leading international company specializing in serviced offices is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand its network in Belgium.

The candidate must reside in Brussels or willing to travel to work there at least 2 times per week.

The candidate must be fluent/native in French and proficient in English.

In this B2B role, you will be responsible for closing new deals with private building owners and contributing to the network's growth by opening new locations in your country. You will collaborate closely with the Real Estate department, Legal Team, and the Board.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through your business development activities.
  • Meet prospects and engage them in commercial discussions.
  • Present projects to the Board and sign partnerships with new clients.
  • Secure buildings by closing deals.

Profile:

  • Native or Fluent French speaker with proficiency in English.
  • Hunter mindset
  • Experience in sales and B2B business development within a dynamic and fast-paced company (experience in selling services is a plus).
  • Proven track record of securing large deals (each worth more than 300k€).
  • Results-driven and deal-focused with a comprehensive approach (generate leads, convert, close deals).

Salary & Benefits:

  • 60k€ to 68k€ gross per annum including 13th month and vacation money, depending on experience.
  • 8k€ car allowance per year (expenses for fuel and travel costs separately)
  • 150€ monthly for net allowances
  • Comissions scheme (eg : 10 deals/year you earn 37k€)
