Euro London Appointments are proud to be working with an exciting consulting company who are continuously growing and investing in their employees.
With a big international client base, they are currently seeking a German Speaking Accounts Payable Analyst to join their team! While French speaking skills are also advantageous, excellent spoken and written German and English are essential.
This is a London based job and while they are currently working from home due to the pandemic, they are getting busy and plan to go back into the office as soon as possible.

*About the role:
Providing support to the Accounts Payable function performing payment runs, processing invoices reconciling accounts and resolving queries.

*Key responsibilities:
*Entering supplier invoices into accounting software, ensuring accurate coding and obtaining appropriate authorisation.
*Perform 3 way checks on associate invoices and preparing self-bill invoices for umbrella companies.
*Payment processing in accounting software and banking portals.
*Payables mailbox management; including answering queries and following up on approvals.
*Bank Reconciliations.
*Performing supplier statement reconciliations.
*Reconciling the purchase ledger and inter-company postings.
*Month-end processes.
*Other ad-hoc tasks as required.
*Essential Requirements
*Must be fluent in German and English (spoken & written communication skills).
*Spoken and written skills in French are also desirable.
*Experience working in a busy end-to-end Accounts Payable function.
*Good systems skills -Microsoft suite, in-house programs and accounting packages, Focal Point and Access Dimensions experience highly desirable.
*Positive attitude and team orientated.
*Experience working in a professional services organisation an advantage.
