*Key responsibilities:
*Responsible for monthly management reporting (Sales 1st day of the month, P&L D 7).
*Extract monthly data from our accounting software (sage).
*Prepare accruals, WIP, and reporting templates.
*Comment variances vs budget or forecast for the Head Office.
*Liaise with all departments to ensure the accuracy of the information.
Budgets and Forecasts:
*Full ownership of Budget and forecasts processes (3 to 4 per year).
*Assumptions of launches, follow-up of on sale dates for all countries.
*P&L analysis per title.
*Estimates of non-allocated and admin costs.
*Liaise with all departments to ensure the accuracy of the information.
Royalties and Intercompanies:
*Follow-up of all our licensed and intercompany contracts in order to issue all due statements and invoices.
*Coordination with the accounts team.
Ad-hoc analysis:
*Cost saving and operational analysis regularly required from top Management.
*Maintain and develop the monitoring tools.
*Essential Requirements
*3 to 5 years experience in a similar role.
*Fluent in French and English.
*Integrity, accuracy and attention to details.
*Problem solving and decision-making skills.
*Track record of delivering results.
*You are willing to show initiative to generate results/meet deadlines.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
*Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a willingness to help in all areas as required.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
