Team: Secretarial and Support
I specialise in: Permanent positions within the Secretarial & Support Division.
I speak: English, Croatian and Bosnian, with a pinch of Spanish and Italian.
While doing my BA & MA in Speech & Language Pathology and my MSc in Psychology, I got a very good understanding of languages, human behaviour and communication in general. Having studied job satisfaction for my most recent dissertation in psychology, I realised how important it is to be fully satisfied at the workplace, and how this reflects on the personal life and growth. Working in recruitment is exciting and fascinating, it has allowed me to expand my practical knowledge of organisational psychology and sales.

Fintech's a big buzzword thrown around loosely. This tech actually serves the financial services industry, allowing them to act on data fast and grow funds. Their growth in EMEA is currently outstripping their US home and they're growing their London based EMEA HQ to meet demand; next hire will be a French speaker to lead relationships with a portfolio of key clients. As an Account Manager, you'll build trust, grow the value added to your clients and develop long term relationships. The tech understands the market deeply and you'll replicate that with your clients; their strategies and priorities become yours as you take the lead on product development and delivery. You'll be flexible, adaptable and happy to roll your sleeves up and get hands on; the vibe is that of a start up (a profitable start up at that). You'll also have initial experience in the financial services sector, preferably within asset management and know your funds. The final puzzle piece is to be a great communicator (demonstrating, presenting, influencing but also listening attentively) in written and spoken French and English.
