We are currently looking for a German speaking Accounts Payable Specialist for our client who is located in central London. This is a great opportunity to work for an amazing company, well known worldwide in a great team of professionals.

About the role

* Support all functions related to the accounts payable process
* Accurate and timely posting of invoices and payment of suppliers
* Scan and code invoices into AP workflow tool; send them for approval and post them into the ERP system together with all bank payments
* Correspondence with suppliers, reviewing of supplier statements received and comparison to the balance
* Prepare Vendor statement reconciliations and KPI reports to measure the efficiency of the AP process

Ideal candidate
* Fluent in English and German language
* Experience with Accounts Payable is a must!
* Strong computer skills, together with an excellent attention to details, the organisational and multitasking skills
* A team player with strong communication skills who has a polite telephone manner can take the ownership over the work and work independently
