German speaking Credit Controller

My client is the leading brand within their industry with a global presence. They are currently seeking a proficient Credit Controller to join their Accounting department in Basingstoke. This role offers a unique hybrid working environment, combining office-based collaboration with remote work flexibility.

Your Role as a Credit Controller:
As a Credit Controller, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Monitoring and managing outstanding accounts receivable.
* Chasing overdue payments and resolving payment discrepancies.
* Reconciling customer accounts and ensuring financial records are accurate.
* Investigating and resolving queries with internal teams and clients.

What we're looking for:
* Fluency in German essential
* Prior accounting experience, with a focus on Credit Control/Accounts Receivable.
* Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Knowledge of financial and accounting principles.
