Swedish speaking candidate Resourcer/Recruiter

Euro London Appointments have a fantastic opportunity for a Swedish speaker to join the Recruitment function in London of a world leading financial provider.

This is an interim hire whilst a permanent hire takes place in Sweden, however for candidates looking for an opportunity to work in Sweden, a permanent option could be available.

You must be able to speak fluent Swedish and English to apply for this role.

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced 180 Talent Sourcers or Recruiters who work either in-house, for an agency or for an RPO and want to gain more exposure in an international environment whilst using your language skills.

As Talent Sourcer you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing and interviewing candidates for the Nordic regions of this global brand.

You will ensure a smooth and successful candidate experience whilst building solid relationships with internal hiring managers and internal Recruiters.

Typical duties may include:

*Proactively source candidates via a range of methods such as head hunting and advertising on LinkedIn, job boards and relevant social media groups for the Nordic market.
*Recommend and drive improvements of the local sourcing strategy by actively engaging with hiring managers re successful methods
*Identify and communicate market trends to drive future recruitment activity
*Run recruitment processes from sourcing all the way through to successful onboarding. This will include reviewing applications, conducting first round interviews and providing feedback on and to candidates.
*Expand and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for a variety of hires
*Measure conversion rates and feed this pack to the team leader
*Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks
*Work with Recruiters and hiring managers to manage hiring volumes and headcount goals
*Communicate proactively and in a timely manner with candidates, recruiters and recruitment coordinators.
*As directed by Recruitment Manager assist with or lead development and delivery of ad-hoc or recruitment projects and initiatives.

Candidate profile:
*Experience sourcing talent for high volume, customer support roles or similar
*Experience of using CRM or ATS systems
*Education to degree level is preferred.
*Fluency in Swedish and English
*Proactive and energetic approach to candidate sourcing
*Drive, ambition and strong problem solving skills

About: I have been at Euro London since I graduated from a Combined Modern Languages degree in 2009 and have worked my way up from a Temporaries Recruitment Consultant to Country Director. When I am not working or being ‘Mum’ to my son I love to travel and my favourite type of holiday is hiking up mountains in Canada. I am a keen Yoga enthusiast but definitely some way to go before I perfect the crow pose!
