Senior Java Developer - German Language Beneficial

A pioneering international business solutions company is looking for a Senior Java Developer to design and develop features in their existing products as well as identify new solutions for their clients to grow the business's product portfolio, currently focusing mainly on software applications for the needs of sales and marketing functions.

Position overview:
-Programming and implementing new features for the existing software applications (design,
coding, reviews, testing and configuration).
-Working closely with other members of the software development team on advancing design
specifications.
-Supporting the business with identifying client's needs and requirements and providing
technical expertise regarding capabilities and implementation of the new functions.
-Creating technical documentation - release notes, code comments, use cases, training
manuals- and uploading them onto internal server.
-Taking an active part in design and delivery of the training for the newly developed
applications and updates.
-Managing and coaching junior developers.

Requirements:
-Degree in relevant IT field or equivalent experience.
-Minimum 3 years of hands- on development experience.
-Knowledge of Java8, Spring Framework, Google Web Toolkit, Git, Profiler, Tomcat and Scrum/
agile development process.
-Fluency in English and German.
