Our client is an international medical devices company focused on women’s health. With a presence globally and more than 5,000 employees globally, they are now growing their team further in Germany.

We are recruiting a Project Manager – to be part of the Research & Development (R&D) team. The R&D team sits at the cutting edge of technology working on innovations that make it possible to detect, diagnose and treat illnesses earlier and with more certainty.

This role is a permanent, full-time role to be based in their central Berlin office. The position is offered as a hybrid role meaning you can switch between working from home and the office.

Project Manager (m/f/d) R&D Team

Permanent // Berlin - Hybrid

As the new Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of assigned programs, from the development phase to implementation of the go-to-market strategy. You will oversee complex and technically challenging multi-product projects during all the phases of product development and the commercialisation process.  

Your new responsibilities will include:

• Support new program development and introductions
• Review and assess internal and external change notifications
• Manage and update change notifications
• Initiate, execute and complete change projects
• Manage large and multi-product, complex and technically challenging product development programs

Your qualifications and experiences

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with scientific or business focus
• Previous experience leading R&D projects ideally in a medical devices’ environment
• Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
• Ideally experience/ knowledge of medical devices development cycles, NPI and ISO and FDA quality systems regulations
• Experience managing Change Projects
• Fluent German and English
