French speaking Customer Services Representative plus administrator (Part time)

My client is a worldwide-established company providing technology solutions to public and private spaces. Now they are looking for French speaker (plus any other European language) to join their team in central London providing an excellent level of customer services to their high-end clients visiting them from the entire globe and supporting the management team with admin tasks for the training sessions.

This is a great opportunity for a part timer to join an international team with opportunities of progression and development in the company.


*Monitor and reply in a timely manner to customer enquiries via telephone, emails and
through face2face meetings.
*Support the client with the Onboarding process and make sure that payments and
delivery of products are successful in a timely manner.
*Support the sales team with any invoice/billing enquiry.
*Monitor and re-order stock of brochures, pads, pens, USB-sticks etc.
*Book logistics for flight-case transport to/from all courses held in other
locations, and for movement of equipment between the departments.
*Coordination of training requirements/reporting via the in-house programme Online
*Assist customers/staff with their registration and enrolments on the system.
*Daily check on online bookings to process all "Pending approval" and process "wait
list" requests.
*Upload and configuration of online course materials
*Contact delegates to confirm their bookings, to answer any queries and to fulfil the
first company principal, so that they enjoy a superior experience of attending
training with us.
*Book delegate accommodation (after obtaining approval), send confirmations to
delegates, and assist with their travel/hotel enquiries.
*Make dinner bookings, including invitations to the company' Sales and CS staff


*Native French speaker to native level plus in both written and spoken
*Degree Preferred not essential
*Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
*Excellent organisation skills
*Excellent communication skills
