HR Manager – Cologne west, Onsite, Germany
Salary: 50-65,000 Euro per annum
Start: as soon as possible
Contract: Permanent and full-time.

As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the full scope of HR duties and responsibilities, both at an operational and strategic level. This includes talent management, organization design and succession planning, performance management, employee engagement, and training and development. You will build strong professional relationships with internal stakeholders to support key business objectives and collaborate with HQ HR to drive the European business unit.

The role:

• Plan and execute effective recruitment campaigns and ensure successful onboarding of new team members
• Undertake HR administrative tasks such as payroll, employment agreements, and benefit administration, while also engaging in strategic and higher-level operational planning
• Develop HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and stay up to date with any changes in legislation
• Present HR topics and end-of-year business reports to the local management team and HQ Senior Level Team

Ideal Requirements:

• Fluent in both German and English languages
• Professional qualification in Human Resource Management
• Experience working as the sole HR expert or in a small HR team environment.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws.
• Experience working with employees from multiple regions, particularly in other European countries
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and work with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable performing both transactional and strategic HR tasks.
