This is the perfect opportunity for someone who loves fashion and is customer focused to join an ever growing team with lots of room for progression!

It is based in Hammersmith in a modern and quirky office with a fun and fast paced environment. You will be representing the brand as well as being a helping hand to customers. You will be the first point of contact within your area of expertise.

How your day would look like?:
*Handle customer and stylist questions, complaints, order and billing inquiries
*Communicate with customers and stylists using web-based tools and demonstrate professional proficiency in typing and grammar.
*Take ownership and be accountable for your assigned responsibility, liaise with respective departments and be the first point of contact for your area of expertise.
*Participate in team meetings and required training.

Ideal Candidate must have:
*Have a background in customer services and strive from helping others.
*Outstanding communication and problem solving skills.
*Phone and email based experience
