I'm currently working with a global lighting design company based in Northamptonshire that is seeking a fluent to native French speaker to join their small but successful customer services team. This company is currently enjoying a period of growing sales so you will be able to join this thriving environment.
Your key responsibilities in this role would be:
*To build relationships with customers and deliver the highest levels of customer service.
*To process orders and deal with order queries
*To support a busy sales team
*To be able to help customers with product returns and warranty queries
Ideal candidate will have:
*Fluent level of French and English language
*Previous experience with customer service and order processing
*Excellent administrative skills
*Knowledge of the order to cash process would be an advantage
