Customer Support Team Leader

I'm now working with a leading company in music technology industry based within West London.
The company is experiencing exciting times and as a result are now looking to recruit Customer Support Team Leader to oversee a growing Customer Support team and support the day-to-day running of the team.

As a company, they believe in creative innovation which is also reason why they have recently moved to new offices with a lot of breakout areas and friendly atmosphere. They also provide a generous benefits package including 25 days holiday, pension scheme, group income protection, private healthcare, season ticket loans and many other.

Key responsibilities:
*Supervision of the Customer Support team
*Coaching and developing the team members in all aspects of the role
*Assisting the team with daily tasks such as handling incoming customer queries, recording all customer interactions etc.
*Updating the Customer Support platform - Zendesk
*Acting as the point of contact for all escalated complaints
*Setting SLA/KPIs for the team
*Ensuring company procedures and process are followed


Who would suit this role?
*An experienced supervisor within a customer service environment (min 2 years)
*Previous experience with Zendesk Customer Support platform is essential
*Fluent in English and German
*Customer focused
*Excellent communication skills
*Able to lead and motivate others
*Organised and efficient approach to work
*Passion for music would be an advantage
