German speaking Customer Support & Order Entry (SMJM335980)

A global business supplies company, based in the heart of London, are looking for a fluent to native German speaker for a short term contract starting at the end of May (possibly sooner). You will provide high levels of customer service and ensure continuity in their order processing team. You will be an experienced customer services professional with strong knowledge of ERP systems and the order to cash process. You will be a team player and somebody with a keen eye for detail. This role requires somebody who can hit the ground running and can make an immediate impact.

What you will be doing -
- Offering telephone and email support to European customers, primarily in German and English
- Processing all incoming orders and completing all necessary documentation
- Advising on stock availability and pricing
- Generating reports on shipments/credit/payments etc.
- Working with other colleagues to ensure the best customer journey possible
