German speaking Service Desk Analyst - Based in Prague (reference: SMJM335427)

One of the leading global IT services providers is looking to recruit German speakers for an exciting new project to be based in Prague, Czech Republic. Building on their global success, they offer the opportunity for a fresh challenge in one of Europe's most beautiful capital cities. You will help organisations worldwide maximise their potential by offering high level customer support.

You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking technical support. You will be responsible for logging all records and activities accurately and aim for first-call resolution.

What do we need from you?

- Fluent to native level German
- Fluent English
- Previous work experience, ideally in customer services, call centre or helpdesk
- Ideally an interest in IT but definitely a willingness to learn new skills
