1st Line IT Support with German

Do you want to get into the Tech sector? Do you have good communication skills and can solve problems easily? Do you want to put your language skills into use and work in a growing company?

We are currently working with an outsourcing company that is providing IT services to clients in different sectors and now they are looking for German speakers to support them in their growth.


In this role you'll be:

*providing 1st level technical support related to hardware and software
*helping customers with phone and email queries and live chat requests
*recording all information into the system
*tracking and resolving tickets
*providing regular updates to customers
*supporting German speaking market

-Experienced in a customer service role, ideally in an office-based environment
-Flexible when it comes to the working hours - working 37.5 hrs per week in shift pattern on a rotational basis
