I'm now working with a company promoting healthy lifestyle through their exclusive brand of products based in London. The company is now seeking a fluent to native Danish speaker to join their customer services team.
The company also provides a great work-life balance with working hours between 8.00am-6pm, Monday to Friday. Moreover you'll be entitled to an excellent benefit package.
Your key responsibilities in this role would be:
*To build relationships with customers and deliver the highest levels of customer service.
*To answer mainly inbound calls and emails from your customers
*To process orders and deal with any order queries
*To be able to help clients with questions on products, payments, order status
*To support other team members and manager when needed
*Fluent Danish and English language
*Previous experience with customer service is essential
*Excellent communication skills
*Good attention to details and ability to build effective relationships with customers
