Providing online support to restaurants and diners
German/English fluent speaker
Passion for customer service preferably in a software support environment
Experience B2B and B2C
Restaurant/ Hospitality experience
1 years experience providing customer support would be ideal - preferably in a software support environment
Working knowledge of current Microsoft Windows operating systems
