Job description:
*Help clients with enquiries
*Help clients load information
*Communicating regularly with current clients
*Maintaining clients account records
*Liaise with customer service on clients-related issues
*Updating images and videos on the website
*Assist with other administrative tasks within the team
*Act as out-of-office contact for other members of the account management team

Skills:
*Fluent in French and English
* Organized and methodical
*Good computer skills
*Ability to troubleshoot independently
*B2B experience
*General administrative skills, as well as experience within a customer-facing sector
*Excellent communication skills and phone manner
*Switched on
