Role Overview:
As a French Speaking Customer Service Advisor, you will be at the forefront of providing outstanding service to our client's valued customers in French-speaking regions. Your exceptional communication skills and dedication to customer satisfaction will be pivotal in ensuring customers receive a seamless and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Interact with customers primarily through phone, email, and online chat in French.
* Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
* Provide accurate product information and assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift resolution of customer queries.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Native level fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential.
* Previous experience in customer service is essential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle challenging situations with empathy.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
