Job Title: French Speaking Customer Service Advisor
Location: High Wycombe (Hybrid)
Salary: £26,000 - £27,000 per annum annual Bonus

If so, we invite you to apply for the position of French Speaking Customer Service Advisor for our internationally recognised client in High Wycombe.

Role Overview:

As a French Speaking Customer Service Advisor, you will be at the forefront of our client's customer service efforts, playing a pivotal role in delivering a seamless experience for our French-speaking customers. This is a permanent role that offers a competitive salary, an annual bonus, and the flexibility of a hybrid working arrangement.

Responsibilities:

* Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders, ensuring all details are correctly recorded and promptly entered into our system.
* Invoice Query Resolution: Collaborate with the Credit Control/Finance team to address and resolve any invoice-related queries or discrepancies.
* Customer Support: Provide excellent customer support to our French-speaking clientele, addressing inquiries, solving problems, and offering guidance when needed.
* Delivery Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve delivery-related issues, liaising effectively with our delivery teams to ensure timely and efficient resolutions.
* Back Order Monitoring: Run and monitor back order reports for specified customer bases, taking appropriate actions to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time deliveries.

Requirements:
* Native level fluency in French is essential.
* Previous experience in customer service, order processing, or a related field is essential
* B2B Customer service experience is very advantageous
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Comfortable with a hybrid working model in High Wycombe.
